One Thing I Ate: Mix & Match Snack Bentos🍱
Impress your friends (and self!) with this One Weird Trick.
Hello and welcome back to Five Things I Ate! This week, I teach you a life hack for feeding yourself on the go. Read past posts here, and please follow my Instagram, @fivethingsiate.
So I thought my mental health was incorrigibly ruined and I would not write a newsletter this week but then I took the day off and it turns out I do in fact have a will to live, I just work in the News Media! (Like & subscribe if you relate!)
Now that I have Seven Dollar Coffee in hand and I am able to feel joy again, I want to share a simple formula for my favorite thing ever: The Snack Bento. I got this idea off Instagram from a dance nutritionist and it really changed my mind on how to feed myself. I love this One Weird Trick to help with my ADHD nutrition struggles. As a bonus, every time I pull out this snack bento my friends are so charmed! And their toddlers are even more charmed! And now you can charm (and feed yourself) too!
