Yes! It's similar but way simpler. The key is to use grape tomatoes -- not cherry -- which has a lower water content. Diced them small, salt, and squeeze the liquid out very well. Then I keep it simple by just adding herbs and spices, and flour. Similar to the zucchini version here!
